Ranya Hanna graduated from the University of Laverne, California with a Bachelor degree in Political Science in 2002. She joined Pinnacle Construction Projects (PCP) in 2017 and is a key member of the organization holding the position of Human Resources Manager in HR, IT and Administration department.
Prior to joining PCP, Ranya worked for multi-national construction companies in both Europe and the Gulf region gaining valuable international exposure. With over 15 years of professional HR experience in the construction industry, Ranya brings a great variety of expertise to the field with emphasis on developing the human resources services and the administrative infrastructure.
Professionally, she is keen on formulating and implementing HR strategies, policies and practices that streamline performance management systems, change management, compensation and benefits and corporate governance. Ranya places special emphasis on talent acquisition, development and retention. She is also a strong advocate of building employee relationships that inspire optimum performance, innovation and teamwork which is essential for the long term success and sustainability of the business.
Philosophically, she ascribes to promoting a respectful workplace culture conducive to synergy, diversity and equal opportunity.
