Gawhara Darwish graduated from Ain Shams University, with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering Degree in 2007 and successfully attained her Master’s Degree specializing in Project Management in 2014 from Ain Shams University as well. She joined Pinnacle Construction Projects (PCP) in 2016 and is a key member of the organization holding the position of Senior Planning Engineer in Projects Control Department.

With over 10 years of professional experience in the discipline of Planning and Project Control. Gawhara brings a great variety of expertise to the field. She has worked intensely on various residential and commercial projects for both private and governmental sectors. She is a highly motivated professional responsible for the provision of a proactive planningmanagement and control service for complex projects focusing on risk assessment, identifying critical activities and setting out risk management plans.
Prior to joining PCP, she worked with the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities (MHUUC) Project Management Unit (PMU) as a consultant for the National Rural Sanitation Program (NRSP) with the World Bank. She was responsible for the citizen engagement fileand for monitoring the overall progress of the NRSP legal agreement DLIs. In addition, she monitored and issued the various reports detailing the progress of the foreignfunded projects and programs within the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities.
Professionally, Gawhara is always eager to be familiar with the latest trends in the construction industry with emphasis on planning, scheduling and budgeting. She encompasses an eye for detail and is truly talented in examining the root causes behind project delays and cost overruns swiftly formulating recovery plans to control and remedy the delay in a realistic manner while conducting claims when needed. She is quite generous when it comes to sharing her technical project management ”know-how” and is known to be a trustworthy mentor for young talent.
Philosophically, she ascribes to the principle that holds planning on a high pedestal facilitating the smooth execution of projects, with in the budget allocated and in accordance to the applicable contractual parameters.
