Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Abdelalim is an Assistant Professor of Construction Management at Helwan University. He is also the Founder and Chairman of Value Experts Co. in Egypt, a member of the Egyptian and Arabian Project Management Code of Practice, Consultant Engineer, member of the Industry Committee of the Egyptian Syndicate of Engineers, Secretary General of AIM association of Integrated Management, Egypt, PMOC, QMS-IMS, RCD, IPMA.
Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Abdelalim has a PhD in Structural Engineering from Ain Shams University JV. in Manchester, UK and a PhD in Construction Project Management from Mississippi, USA. He has also Supervised and Co-supervised over 150 academic M.Sc., M.Eng. PhD researches.
IRVQM, INTEGRATED APPROACH FOR RISK, VALUE AND QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS; METHODOLOGY AND PRACTICE
To clarify synergy between minimizing risk, maximizing value and enhancing the performance in construction projects. To explore the benefits of integrating Risk Management, Value management and Quality Management in a single study process denoted as an Integrated Risk, Value and Quality Management (IRVQM). To introduce the linking approach through procedural Processes Mapping and case studies. To assist clients in utilizing resources and multidisciplinary teams more effectively in addition to cost and time saving.
